Most people know that the smart film is combine with two layers ITO films, which likes ITO film+ Liquid Crystal+ ITO film, in order to make busbar, you need to connect to the ITO film, then can connect to the electricity.

Step1: Smart film that haven’t make bus-bar will look like this
Step2: Make bus-bar on one surface of the smart film(PDLC film), then it will look like below:
Step3: After making bus-bar on Both surface of the film, then you can connect with wires to test the film.
